First time signing in on our new website?
To ensure your account is secure, you need to assign a new password.
1. Go to the Reset Password page
2. Use the same email address that you were using for your order confirmations from the old website.
3. After submitting the form, you will receive an email from websupport@leispet.com with subject "Reset your Leis Pet password". Click the button in the email to assign your new password.
4. If you don't receive this email, check your spam/junk folder.
5. If it's not there, add websupport@leispet.com to your Safe Senders list (see instructions). Then try this process again from step 1.
